Quote follow-up
An enquiry creates an opportunity. If the proposal sits, a polite sequence runs at day 3, day 10 and day 21 — written like Ashridge, not like a CRM.

For the studio
This page is not for the garden. It is for the firm. Ashridge is a demonstration of how a design-led landscape studio would run on GoHighLevel and Stripe — without looking like software.
The public site sells build and care. Behind it, two modules: a CRM that follows the relationship, and a ledger that collects the retainer. Both are stubbed here. Wiring them is a later afternoon, not a replatform.

Club members hear from us before the work, not after the weeds. Spring plant-up, rose prune, bulb order, winter structure. Calendar-driven, gardener-approved.

After practical completion, and again after the third Club visit, a single request for a Google review. Timed, not nagged. The garden has to have settled.

Stripe
Grounds, Garden and Estate as Stripe Products. Monthly billing, VAT-ready, failed-payment dunning. The gardener’s diary does not wait on an invoice clerk.

Build work still takes a deposit and staged invoices. Stripe Checkout or Payment Links, with the same customer record as the Club subscription that follows.

Webhook into GoHighLevel: paid → member; past_due → a human task; cancelled → a win-back note. The stack is two tools, not twelve.

Live Club checkout lives on Garden Care Club, stubbed so a prospect can click a plan without a card. A production build would swap the modal for Stripe Checkout and the enquire form for a GHL webhook.
